I think the best Chinese beer is Haidao Black, which is made by Qingdao and I've only seen once in the past year - maybe it's no longer being produced. The best of the prevalent lager-beers is Qingdao premium (the actual name escapes me at the moment - I thought "yuansheng" but I don't see that on Google).<BR/><BR/>Xinjiang Dark is definitely OK, and if Haidao Black is no longer available it's the best dark beer.
